Continuum of Care Campus
Fairview Seniors Community is a not-for-profit, charitable, faith-based Continuum of Care.
Fairview Seniors Community is much more than the sum of its parts. Wraparound care helps residents remain healthy and independent for as long as possible. From our fitness centre, to pool therapy, from congregate dining to a chat with our Director of Spiritual Care and Culture, we serve to help others be as physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy as possible.
